• Is Harper really free?

  Yes. Forever. No paywall, no premium tier, no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Nothing. We'll just keep what matters.

• If it's free, how does Harper make money?

  We don't and we don't wanna make money out of forecast business. We're willing to build an audience and live through donations and apparel (soon) to help athletes, local championships, underground film making and so on.

• Where does the data come from?

  NOAA and Open-Meteo. We collect information from them and check if they agree or not.

• How often does the forecast update?

  Every six hours.

• Why isn't my local break here?

  We add regions and spots one coast at a time. You can e-mail us on [email protected] and we add it right away.

• Is Harper only for surfers?

  No. Kitesurfer, bodyboarders, windsurfers, sailors — anyone planning around swell and wind. Same data, same charts.
